Our trip (well, at least mine) wouldn't have been complete without a trip back to New Brunswick. It was a whirl-wind trip that was booked on the spur of the moment. I flew to Fredericton last Friday, January 6th and returned on Tuesday, January 10th. Although it was a quick trip, I was able to catch up with many friends!

This blog should maybe be retitled "The Adventures of the Flat People!" My friend Stacy and I, along with her son, Thomas, visited the NB Legislature one afternoon. Her friend, Don, gave us a little tour. We got some great pictures! Thanks again Stacy and Don!!

There was a bit of questioning whether or not Flat People can be allowed on the big seat. Just to be safe, they rested on the steps for a nice picture. :)

Stacy and I!

A statue of some Burns guy in Fredericton. I think it has something to do with prohibition? Anyway, another good place for Flat People photo opps! :)

Yay for Wizard Club Reunions!! Sure do miss playing cards with those ladies.
Unfortunately, there are so many pictures with different people that I didn't get. Thanks to Janice and Kate (two great coworkers from the Red Cross) for meeting us for breakfast! Also, thanks to those of you who came to my party on Saturday night - there are too many to name. And, most of all, thanks to Stacy (and Steven and Thomas) and Shelby for your wonderful hospitality, and to Jessica and Elaine for driving me where I needed to be on Tuesday.
Although it was a very quick trip, it was well worth it! It felt as if I'd never left the Maritimes.... It felt like I was going home. :)
Yay! I was so glad to have you visit! I am
